Master Braster – reggae bar & club

Echoland bar playing reggae music with Local and imported beers, cocktails, bob marley posters and a tip jar asking for help to get back to Jamaica. You cannot visit Hakuba without visiting Master Braster.

Shinsyu Dining Sarugaku – Japanese Izakaya

Dishes produced from lacal pork and soba ingredients. Great selection of sake and shochu, and it is a must to ask the chef for his special “yogi bombs” Located in Echoland.

Hie – Japanese Izakaya

Traditional Japanese dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. Privately separated dining space and a huge selection of delicious dishes. Located in Echoland.

Non Jays – Japanese Izakaya

The biggest Izakaya in Hakuba. Non Jays has a large selection of food and drinks, personal favourites including the lamd ghnghis khan BBQ, and Okonomi-yaki Japanese pancakes. Located in Echoland.

Cherry Pub – American Pub

American style pub food and drinks. Spare ribs are a highlight on the menu. Private Karaoke rooms upstairs for up to 20 people. Located in Echoland/Misorano area.

Studio 902- bar/Nightclub

The bar has 7,000 analogue records and a 100 inch screen. Very busy especially on the weekends. Friday nights are a big night with Jimmy Concrete on the decks. Located in Echoland.

Kikyo-ya – Japanese Sushi

The freshest sushi and sashimi in Hakuba. The fish used for traditional Japanese dishes is sourced directly from the Itoigawa Japan Sea. Reservations recommended.

Après ski pub located in Wadano. The Pub has happy hour specials, a huge beer wine and spirit selection, pool table darts and regularly hosts great DJ’s and parties.

Chamonix – French Restaurant

Located in the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel in Wadano, fine dining Chamonix offers a variety of French set courses.

Uncle Stevens – Mexican Restaurant

Uncle Stevens Tex Mex restaurant offers over 100 selections of tequilas and Mexican beers. The menu is comprehensive and offers large sized servings. Chicken and Avocado Salad, Jalapeño Quesadillas and the Jambalaya are personal favourites. Located in Happo.
